Touching hearts one head at a time

Project Shiral's is the ladies and gentlemen of Shiral's Ultimate Looks giving back to the community by doing free relaxers, haircuts and styles for kids in Pre-K to 12th the weekend prior to the return to school . Last years event was huge success. We were  able to do over 180+ young girls heads at a value of $75.00 each as well as give free haircuts to over 25 young men.
